COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY (CTP) INSURANCE FOR VICTORIAN AND TASMANIAN ROAD VEHICLES

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Victoria and the Motor Accidents Insurance Board (MAIB) in Tasmania are government owned insurance companies. They have monopolies on compulsory products. They have investments that add to their cash flow. They do not need to spend our money on corporate image or policy promotion.

This page seeks consumer information on how CTP insurers in Australia can better serve the road motorcycle & scooter community. Most road motorcycle or scooter owners also own cars.

Please pass this survey on to as many road motorcycle & scooter riders as you can. To September 28, 2023, 815 people have answered the 11 questions. We need 2000. This Survey can benefit car drivers as well as road-registered motorcycle & scooter riders.
